2022 Vision

Any great relationship starts with a conversation, so let’s start there.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We hope this letter finds you well, and hopeful as we enter into a new season. Throughout this past year here at Buffer, we have seen our team grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. We continue to strive to provide you with a responsive, authentic, and transparent experience as we deepen our relationship with you.

Our team has worked towards solidifying and articulating our Core Values. These principles serve as a guidepost as we make decisions, and go about our daily activities. As our team grows, this set of principles holds each team member accountable for their part in protecting the company’s culture. These values are not simply words on a page, but are virtues we expect to exhibit as we work together to serve our clients.

To learn more, read about our Core Values here.

As the end of 2021 comes to a close, we would like to take the time to cast some vision for the upcoming year.

2022 Vision

As we have pressed in and sought the Lord on how we can be of better service to you, we felt a strong call to come together as a team and pray over our clients and their families.

In 2022, we believe that God is going to heal sick bodies, restore broken relationships, and bring people closer to Him. We know the Lord still answers prayers and that 2022 will be a year of taking ground. Our enemy, Satan, has stolen ground through fear, isolation, and deception. We say no more. We are taking back and fortifying the territory the Lord has given us.

“2022 is going to be a year of taking ground.”

Buffer sees the territory the Lord has given us to steward as the lives that we insure and the futures we ensure. We believe that your life and its eternal impact are worth protecting. We feel it is our calling in 2022 to fight to protect your impact through prayer. I would like to encourage you to find out: “what ground God has called you to take in 2022?”

Matthew 7:7-8
“Ask, and it will be given to you;
seek, and you will find;
knock, and it will be opened to you.
8 For everyone who asks receives,
and he who seeks finds,
and to him who knocks it will be opened.”

Isaiah 41:10
“So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Psalm 31:24
“Be strong and take heart,
all you who hope in the Lord.”

Psalm 147:3
“He heals the brokenhearted
and bandages their wounds.”

Jeremiah 17:14
“O Lord, if you heal me, I will be truly healed;
if you save me, I will be truly saved.
My praises are for you alone!”

1 Chronicles 4:9-10
9” There was a man named Jabez who was more honorable than any of his brothers. His mother named him Jabez because his birth had been so painful. 10 He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, ‘Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!’ And God granted him his request.”

    I love your vision for 2022! I would like to steal what you said about “taking ground for 2022!” To take back, what Satan has stolen from our lives. Recently I have been attacked and falsely accused by someone who I thought was a friend. I love the scriptures that you shared on this post for your vision for 2022. I needed to read those and have been encouraged by them.

    Thank you for all that you Sean, and your team has served over the years since I first signed up as a customer in 2018. I am so happy that we got my husband to sign up too in 2020. And thank you, Cody, for being more responsive and communicative. That means a lot to me.

    Blessings and success prayers for Buffer Insurance!
